Before unpacking, check whether the wooden box is damaged.

Unpack the wooden box. Please do use professional disassembly tools.

Install the charging station on the horizontal, and ensure that obstacles are more than 0.5m away from the charging station.

On the condition that the charging station is power off, open the side door of the charging station, and connect the input cable of the charging station to the power distribution switch according to the phase number. This operation requires professional personnel.

Dos And Don’Ts In Installation

  •  The charging station should be installed horizontally and on something that is heat-resistant. Do not install it upside down or obliquely.
  •  The charging station should be installed with sufficient heat dissipation space. The distance between the air inlet and the wall should be more than 300mm, and the distance between the wall and the air outlet should be more than 1000mm.
  •  The charging station generates heat. For better cooling, the charging station should work in an environment where temperature is -20 ℃ to 55℃.
  •  Foreign objects such as fibers, paper pieces, wood chips or metal fragments must NOT get inside the charger, or fire might be caused.
  •  After connecting to the power supply, do not touch the charging plug connectors to avoid the risk of electric shock.
  •  The ground terminal must be well grounded to prevent electric shock or fire accidents.

    After the charging station is well connected to the grid, turn the air switch on to power on the charging station.

    Uncover the charging port in the electric vehicle and connect the charging plug with the charging port.

    If the connection is OK, swipe M1 card at the card swiping area to start charging.

    After the charging is completed, swipe M1 card at the card swiping area again to stop charging.

  • Dos and Don’ts In Operation

    •  The power supply must be connected under the guidance of professionals.
    •  Before charging, please make sure that the charging port is free from water stains, foreign objects, and the power cord is not damaged.
    •  During charging, please press the “emergency stop” button to stop charging in case of danger.
    •  It is forbidden to pull out the charging plug and start the vehicle during the charging process.
    •  Do NOT disassemble or repair this equipment if you are not professional.
    •  It is strictly forbidden to touch the charging socket jack.
    •  No one is allowed in the car during charging.
    •  Clean the air inlet and outlet every 30 calendar days.
    •  Do not disassemble the ev charger by yourself, or you may encounter electric shock. charger might also be damaged during your disassembling and you may not enjoy after-sale service due to that.

    Dos and Don'ts in Using the Charging Plug

    • The connection between the charging plug and the charging socket must be good enough, and the buckle of the charging plug should be well placed in the slot of the charging socket, otherwise the charging will fail.
    • Do not pull the charging plug hard and roughly, but handle it with care.
    • When the charging plug is not in use, cover it with the plastic cap to prevent water and dust from entering inside.
    • It is forbidden to place the charging plug on the ground randomly.

    Instructions in Emergency Unlocking

    •  When the charging plug is locked in the charging port and can not be pulled out, insert the unlocking bar slowly into the emergency unlocking hole.
    •  Move the bar towards the direction of plug connector to unlock the plug.
    • Notice: Emergency unlocking is NOT permitted until emergency happens.
