Double check whether the wooden box is damaged before unpacking it.

Use professional tools to carefully unpack the wooden box. Do not damage the product inside during unpacking.

Install the charging station on the horizontal. Make sure the charging station has enough room for cooling.

When the charging station is power off, open the side door of the charging station, well connect the input cable with the power distribution switch according to the phase number. Please ask professionals to do this job, or the charging station may get damaged.

Dos And Don’Ts In Installation

  • Do not put the charging station upside down or make it slope. Since the charging station may get hot when working, it should be on something heat-resistant.
  • Please leave the charging station with enough space for cooling. The distance between the air inlet and the wall should be more than 300mm, and the distance between the wall and the air outlet should be more than 1000mm. For better cooling, the charging station should work in an environment where temperature is -20 ℃ to 55℃.
  • Foreign objects like paper pieces, metal fragments must NOT go into the charger, or you may have fire accident.
  • After the charging station is power on, users must NOT touch the metal part of the charging plug connectors to avoid the risk of electric shock.
  • The ground terminal must well connect with the ground to prevent electric shock or fire accidents.

    Uncover the charging port of the electric vehicle and then well insert the charging plug into the charging port of the vehicle.

    After swiping M1 card at the card swiping, the charging starts.

  • Dos and Don’ts In Operation

    • Since the connection between charging station and the grid is vital and professional, please do it under the professionals’ guidance or instructions.
    • Make sure that the charging port is dry and clean, and that the power cord is intact.
    • Please push the “emergency stop” button in case of any risk or accident.
    • During charging, you must NOT pull out the charging plug or start the vehicle or stay inside the car.
    • You must NOT touch the metal part of the charging socket jack or connectors, or you may have serious electric shock.
    • Every 30 calendar days you should clean the air inlet and outlet to better the cooling.
    • Do not disassemble the charging station by yourself. You may get hurt by electric shock. The charging station may be damaged.

    Dos and Don’ts in Using the Charging Plug

    • Charging plug must be well connected to the charging socket. The buckle of the charging plug should be well placed in the slot of the charging socket, or the charging will fail.
    • Do NOT pull the charging plug in hard or rough way. Do it in gentle and careful way.
    • When the charging plug is not in use, cap it with the plastic cover for protection.
    • Please do not place the charging plug on the ground randomly to avoid accident or damage.

    Instructions in Emergency Unlocking

    • When the charging plug can not be pulled out from the charging port, insert the unlocking bar slowly into the emergency unlocking hole.
    • Move the bar towards the direction of plug connector to unlock the plug.
    • Notice: The emergency unlocking is permitted only when emergency happens.
