Use professional tools to unpack the wooden box and do it carefully to avoid damaging the charging station.

Install the charging station on the horizontal. Leave enough room for the charging station’s heat dissipation.

When charging station is powered off, open the side door of the charging station to connect the input cable to the power distribution switch according to the phase number. Please ask professionals to do this job.

Dos And Don’Ts In Installation

  • The charging station should be placed on heat-resistant surface. Do not put it upside down or make it slope.
  • Please leave enough room for the charging station to cool. The distance between the air inlet and the wall should be no less than 300mm, and the distance between the wall and the air outlet should be no less than 1000mm.
  • To dissipate more heat, the charging station should work in an environment where temperature is -20 ℃ to 55℃.
  • Foreign objects, say, paper pieces,wood chips should NOT be inside the charger, or fire might happen.
  • After connecting to the power supply, the charging plug connectors must NOT be touched to avoid the risk of electric shock.

    Well connect the charging station to the grid and then turn the air switch on to power on the charging station.

    Uncover the charging port in the electric vehicle to put the charging plug into the charging port.

    Swipe M1 card at the card swiping area, and charging starts. After the charging is finished, swipe M1 card at the card swiping area again, the charging stops.

  • Dos and Don’ts In Operation

    • Professionals should be invited to provide guidance or suggestions on the connection between charging station and the grid.
    • No wet or foreign objects are allowed in the charging port and the power cord should not be damaged.
    • If there is danger or risk, you can push the “emergency stop” button at the first time.
    • During the charging process, do NOT pull out the charging plug or start the vehicle.
    • Do NOT touch the charging socket jack or connectors, or you may encounter risk.
    • People must NOT be staying inside the car during charging.
    • Please clean the air inlet and outlet at least every 30 calendar days.
    • Do not disassemble the charging station by yourself. There are 2 possible bad consequences. You may get hurt by electric shock. The charging station may be damaged.

    Dos and Don’ts in Using the Charging Plug

    • Please connect the charging plug and the charging socket very well and place the buckle of the charging plug in the slot of the charging socket very well to ensure the charging will not fail.
    • Do not pull the charging plug in hard and rough way.
    • When you do not use the charging plug, you should cap it with the plastic cover.

    Instructions in Emergency Unlocking

    • If the charging plug can not be pulled out after being locked in the charging port, you can put the unlocking bar slowly into the emergency unlocking hole.
    • Carefully move the bar towards the direction of plug connector and you can unlock the plug.
    • Notice: Under normal situations, the emergency unlocking is NOT permitted.
