Before unpacking, check whether the carton box is damaged. If it is not damaged, unpack the carton box.

Drill four holes of 12 mm diameter into the cement base.

Use M10*4 expansion screws to fix the column, use M5*4 screws to fix the backplane

Assemble and fix the charging station with the backplane; Install the charging station on the horizontal.

Dos And Don’Ts In Installation

  • The charging station is outdoor charging station that meet the IP55 protection grade and can be installed in open spaces.
  • The ambient temperature should be controlled at -30°C~ +50°C.
  • The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000 meters.
  • Severe vibrations and flammable and explosive materials are strictly prohibited near the installation site.
  • The installation site should not be in a low-lying and flood-prone areas.
  • When the station body is installed, it should ensure that the station body is vertical and not deformed. The installation height is from the center point of the plug seat to the horizontal grounding range: 1200~1300mm.

    • Dos and Don’ts In Operation

    • Do not hold dangerous goods such as flammable, explosive, or combustible materials, chemicals and combustible gases near the charging station.
    • Keep the charging plug head clean and dry. If there is dirt, wipe it with a clean dry cloth. It is strictly forbidden to touch the charging plug head pin.
    • Please turn off the hybrid tram before charging. During the charging process, the vehicle is prohibited from driving.
    • Children should not approach during charging to avoid injury.
    • Please charge carefully in case of rain and thunder.
    • It is strictly forbidden to use charging station when the charging cable is cracked, worn, broken, the charging cable is exposed, the charging station has been obviously knocked down, damaged, etc. Please stay away from the charging station immediately and contact the staff.
    • If there is an abnormal situation such as fire and electric shock during charging, you can immediately press the emergency stop button to ensure personal safety.
    • Do not attempt to remove, repair or modify charging station. Improper use may cause damage, power leakage, etc.
    • The total input circuit breaker of the charging station has a certain mechanical service life. Please minimize the number of shutdowns.
