Please double check whether the wooden box is damaged before openning it. If it is not damaged, use professional tools to unpack the wooden box with care.

When charging station is power off, ask professionals to open the side door of the charging station and connect the input cable to the power distribution switch according to the number of phases.

Dos And Don’Ts In Installation

  • Place the charging station on heat-resistant and horizontal object. Do not put it upside down or make it slope.
  • Please leave the charging station with enough space for cooling. The distance between the air inlet and the wall should be more than 300mm, and between the wall and the air outlet should be more than 1000mm.
  • For better cooling, the charging station should work in an environment with temperature from -20 ℃ to 55℃.
  • Foreign objects like paper pieces or metal fragments must NOT get into the EV charger to avoid fire accident.
  • After connecting to the power supply, the charging plug connectors must NOT be touched, or you may have the risk of electric shock.
  • The ground terminal should be well grounded to ensure safety.

    Well connect the charging station to the grid and then tap the air switch to turn on the charging station.

    Uncover the charging port in the electric vehicle and insert the charging plug into the charging port.

    Swipe M1 card at the card swiping area to charge the EV. After the charging is finished, swipe the M1 card again to stop charging.

  • Dos and Don’ts In Operation

    • The connection between charging station and the grid should be under the guidance of professionals.
    • The charging port should be free from wet and foreign objects, and the power cord should be intact.
    • Please push the “emergency stop” button to stop charging if there is any danger.
    • We must NOT pull out the charging plug or start the vehicle during the charging process.
    • Do NOT touch the charging socket jack or connectors.
    • Nobody should be allowed in the car during charging.
    • The air inlet and outlet should be cleaned every 30 calendar days.
    • DO NOT DISASSEMBLE THE charging station BY YOURSELF, OR YOU MAY HAVE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. YOU MAY CAUSE HARM TO THE charging station DURING YOUR DISASSEMBLING AND YOU MAY NOT ENJOY AFTER-SALE SERVICE BECAUSE OF THE DISASSEMBLING.

    Dos and Don’ts in Using the Charging Plug

    • The connection between the charging plug and the charging socket should be in good state. The buckle of the charging plug should be well put in the slot of the charging socket, or the charging may fail.
    • Do not use the charging plug hard and roughly.
    • When the charging plug is not in service, cover it with the plastic cap to protect it from water or dust.
    • Please do not place the charging plug on the ground randomly.

    • When the charging plug is locked in the charging port and can not be pulled out, move the unlocking bar slowly into the emergency unlocking hole.
    • Move the bar towards the direction of plug connector to unlock the plug.
