Unpack the wooden box. Please do use professional tools.

With a screwdriver, disassemble the screws at the bottom of the wooden box that fix the charger.

Put the charger on the horizontal and adjust the legs to ensure the right charging position. Make sure obstacles are more than 0.5M away from the left and right sides of the charger.

On the condition that the charger’s switch is off, well connect the charger’s plug with the socket based on the number of phase. Do ask professionals to do this work please.

Dos And Don’Ts In Installation

  •  Put the charger on the horizontal. Put the charger on something that is heat-resistant. Do NOT put it upside down. Do NOT make it slope.
  •  The charger need enough room for cooling. Make sure the distance between the air inlet and the wall is more than 300mm, and the distance between the wall and the air outlet is more than 1000mm.
  •  The charger will produce heat when working. To ensure good cooling, please make sure the charger works in an environment where temperature is -20%~45℃.
  •  Make sure that foreign objects such as fibers, paper pieces, wood chips or metal fragments will NOT go inside the charger, or fire may be caused.
  •  Please well cover the 2 REMA plugs with the plastic caps when the charger is NOT in use.
  •  The ground terminal MUST be well grounded to prevent electric shock or fire.

OPERATION GUIDE

Operation Guide for Scenario of "1 EV Charger Charging 1 Lithium Battery Pack with 2 Charging Ports":

    Make sure that power cables are correctly connected.

    Connect the EV charger’s 2 REMA plugs, namely, REMA Plug A and REMA Plug B to the Lithium battery Pack with 2 charging ports.

    Push the on/off switch to power the charger off.

    Press the Start Button A and Start Button B to start charging.

    After the battery is fully charged, press the Stop Button A and Stop Button B to stop charging.

    Disconnect the 2 REMA plugs, and put the 2 REMA plugs and their cables on the 2 hooks at the 2 sides of the charger separately.

  • Dos and Don’ts In Operation

    •  Make sure the REMA connectors and plugs are NOT wet and foreign objects are NOT inside the charger before using.
    •  Make sure obstacles are more than 0.5M away from the charger.
    •  Clean the air inlet and outlet every 30 calendar days.
    •  Do not disassemble the charger by yourself, or electric shock will be caused. charger might be damaged during your disassembling and you may not enjoy after-sale service due to that.

    Dos and Don'ts in Using REMA Plug

    •  The REMA plugs must be connected correctly. Make sure that the buckle is well put in the charging port, or the charging will fail.
    •  Do NOT use the REMA plugs in rough way. Use it carefully and softly.
    •  When the charger is not in use, cover the REMA plugs with the plastic caps to prevent dust or water from entering inside the plugs.
    •  Do NOT put the REMA plugs on the ground casually. Put them in specified place or on the hooks.
