AiPower’s lithium battery factory AHEEC is located in Hefei City, China, with an area of 10,667 square meters, focusing on R&D, manufacture, sales and service of lithium batteries. It is ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001 certified.
AHEEC sticks to the strategy of independent R&D and technological innovation. Huge money is invested in R&D and a strong R&D team has been established. Till September 2023, AHEEC has had 22 patents, developed lithium batteries with voltage ranging from 25.6V to 153.6V and capacity ranging from 18Ah to 840Ah.

To have better production performance, AHEEC builds a highly automated and robotic workshop. Most of key processes are done by robots, saving labor cost, creating more production efficiency, precision, standardization and consistency.
The annual capacity is 7GWh.
Quality is always the first. AHEEC purchases cells ONLY from world top suppliers such as CATL, EVE Battery, which are high-quality.
Strict IQC, IPQC and OQC processes are implemented to make sure that no defectives are accepted, produced or delivered.
Automated end-of-line (EoL) testers are used during manufacturing for insulation testing, BMS calibration, OCV testing and other functional testing.
AHEEC also builds a reliability test lab. In the lab, there are battery cell tester, metallographic testing equipment, microscope, vibration tester, temperature and humidity testing chamber, charging and discharging tester, tensile tester, pool for testing water ingress protection, etc.
Most of the battery packs are CE or CB and UN38.3, MSDS certified.
