INSTALLATION GUIDE

Open the wooden box with help of professional tools.

Use screwdriver to remove the screws from the bottom of the wooden box.

Put the charger on the horizontal and adjust the legs to ensure the right position.

On the condition that the charger’s switch is off, put the charger’s plug into the socket based on the number of phase. The procedure is very professional and please ask professionals for help.

Dos And Don’Ts In Installation

  • Put the charger on the horizontal. Put the charger on something that is heat-resistant. Do NOT put it upside down. Do NOT make it slope.
  • The distance between the air inlet and the wall should be more than 300mm, and the distance between the wall and the air outlet should be more than 1000mm. In this case, the charger has enough room for cooling.
  • To ensure good cooling, the charger should work in temperature -20%~45℃.
  • Make sure that foreign objects like paper pieces, metal fragments will NOT go inside the charger.
  • When the REMA plug is not in use, please well cover the REMA plug with the plastic cap to avoid accidents.
  • The ground terminal MUST be well grounded to prevent accident like electric shock or fire.

    Push the switch to power the charger on.

    After the vehicle or battery is fully charged, press the Stop Button to stop charging.

    Disconnect the REMA plug with the battery pack, and put the REMA plug and cable on the hook.

  • Dos and Don’ts In Operation

    • Make sure the REMA plug are dry and the charger inside are free of any foreign objects before using.
    • Make sure obstacles are more than 0.5M away from the charger.
    • Clean the air inlet and outlet every 30 calendar days.
    • Do not disassemble the charger by yourself, or electric shock will be caused. Charger might be damaged during your disassembling and you may not enjoy after-sale service due to that.

    Dos and Don'ts in Using REMA Plug

    • The REMA plug must be connected correctly. Make sure that the buckle is well buckled in the charging port so that the charging will not fail.
    • Do NOT use the REMA plug in rough way. Use it carefully and softly.
    • When the charger is not in use, cover the REMA plug with the plastic cap to prevent dust or water from entering inside the plug.
    • Do NOT put the REMA plug on the ground casually. Put it in specified place.
