Guangdong AiPower New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015, with a registered capital of 14.5 million USD, providing OEM/ODM service of electric vehicle supply equipments for different brands from different countries.
The main product lines are DC charging stations, AC EV chargers, lithium battery chargers, most of which have UL or CE certificates issued by TUV lab. They are widely used to charge electric vehicles such as electric cars, electric buses, electric forklifts, AGV, electric aerial work platforms, electric excavators, electric watercrafts, etc.
AiPower takes scientific and technological innovation ability as its core competitiveness. Since its establishment, AiPower sticks to the strategy of independent R&D and technological innovation. Every year, 5%-8% of the turnover is invested in R&D. A strong R&D team and a well-equipped R&D lab have been established. An EV Charging Technology Research Center has been built for Industry-University-Research Collaboration with Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Till September 2023, AiPower has had 75 patents, developed 1.5KW, 3.3KW, 6.5KW, 10KW, 20KW power modules for lithium battery chargers and 20KW, 30KW power modules for EV chargers. Diverse lithium battery chargers with output from 24V to 150V and EV chargers with output from 3.5KW to 480KW are available.

For better control on cost and quality, a large factory of 20,000 square meters has been built in Dongguan city for assembly and packaging of EV chargers and lithium battery chargers, and wire harness processing. The factory has been ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, IATF16949 certified.
AiPower also produces power modules and metal housings.
The power module factory is a class 100,000 Cleanroom and has a full set of processes including SMT, DIP, assembly, aging test, function test and packaging.
The metal housing factory also has a full set of processes including laser cutting, bending, riveting, automatic welding, grinding, coating, printing, assembly and packaging.
Based on strong R&D and manufacture capabilities, AiPower has maintained long-term cooperation with many world famous brands including BYD, HELI, SANY, XCMG, GAC MITSUBISHI, LIUGONG, LONKING.
