Our main product lines include DC charging stations, AC EV chargers, and lithium battery chargers, most of which are certified by TUV lab with UL or CE certifications.
These products are widely used to charge a variety of electric vehicles, including electric cars, electric buses, electric forklifts, AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), electric aerial work platforms, electric excavators, and electric watercraft.
AiPower is dedicated to scientific and technological innovation as its core strength. Since our founding, we have focused on independent research and development (R&D) and technological advancement. Each year, we allocate 5%-8% of our turnover to R&D.
We have developed a robust R&D team and state-of-the-art lab facilities. Additionally, we have established an EV Charging Technology Research Center in partnership with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, fostering industry-university-research collaboration.
As of July 2024, AiPower holds 75 patents and has developed power modules for lithium battery chargers ranging from 1.5KW, 3.3KW, 6.5KW, 10KW, to 20KW, as well as 20KW and 30KW power modules for EV chargers.
We offer a diverse range of industrial battery chargers with outputs from 24V to 150V and EV chargers with outputs from 3.5KW to 480KW.

To better manage cost and quality, AiPower has established a large 20,000 square meter factory in Dongguan City dedicated to the assembly, packaging, and wire harness processing of EV chargers and lithium battery chargers. This facility is certified with ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, and IATF16949 standards.
AiPower also manufactures power modules and metal housings.
Our power module facility features a Class 100,000 cleanroom and is equipped with a comprehensive range of processes, including SMT (Surface-Mount Technology), DIP (Dual In-line Package), assembly, aging tests, functional tests, and packaging.
The metal housing factory is equipped with a complete set of processes, including laser cutting, bending, riveting, automatic welding, grinding, coating, printing, assembly, and packaging.
Leveraging its strong R&D and manufacturing capabilities, AiPower has established long-term partnerships with globally renowned brands such as BYD, HELI, SANY, XCMG, GAC MITSUBISHI, LIUGONG, and LONKING.
